SUMMARY:Tai Chi - Fall Session Two
DESCRIPTION:Learn or return to Tai Chi for Health! This tai chi form focuses on posture and stability while enhancing the connection between the brain and the body. \nNew movements will be added each class as we explore concepts of tai chi practice and enjoy performing this moving meditation. \nThis class requires no props but does require standing.  \nThe full form will be taught over the course of two six-week sessions. Regular attendance and practice at home is necessary to learn and benefit from tai chi. \n$40 for a six-week session. Contact laurakbudde@gmail.com to register.

DESCRIPTION:About The EastShore Chorale\nThe EastShore Chorale is a non-sectarian\, intergenerational community choir based in Regent Square\, Pittsburgh. As part of Eastman Community Projects\, a non-profit that focuses communities on becoming more art-centric\, the choir seeks to uplift and enrich the community through the performance of a wide range of music\, and to provide an opportunity for people to contribute to Pittsburgh’s thriving arts scene.  \nFounded in 2018 by artist-designer John Eastman\, and directed since its inception by Ben Filippone\, the choir continues to strive for ever higher levels of artistry\, attract talent from across the city\, and to make a lasting positive impact on its members as they hone their singing skills together and forge new friendships.
