In this class we will utilize gentle movements and stretching\, acupressure\, breath awareness and visualization to encourage the flow of qi. \nBased in Taoist Five Element Theory\, this style of qigong highlights the dynamic relationship between yin (organizing\, receptive\, cooling) and yang (animating\, expressive\, warming). \nThrough persistent effort we can strengthen our connection to the rhythms of nature and optimize our functionality. \n$40 for a six-week session. In this class we will utilize gentle movements and stretching\, acupressure\, breath awareness and visualization to encourage the flow of qi. \nBased in Taoist Five Element Theory\, this style of qigong highlights the dynamic relationship between yin (organizing\, receptive\, cooling) and yang (animating\, expressive\, warming). \nThrough persistent effort we can strengthen our connection to the rhythms of nature and optimize our functionality. \n$40 for a six-week session.
