Tai Chi Parts 1&2 Summer Mini Session#1

Learn or return to Tai Chi for Health! This tai chi form focuses on posture and stability while enhancing the connection between the brain and the body.

New movements will be added each class as we explore concepts of tai chi practice and enjoy performing this moving meditation.

This class requires no props but does require standing. 

The full form will be taught over the course of two six-week sessions. Regular attendance and practice at home is necessary to learn and benefit from tai chi.
