Positive Initiative to Reinforce Change (PIRC) has a new location and celebrating with a Grand Opening.
November 8th 1-3pm in the Social Hall here at Waverly Presbyterian Church. 590 Braddock Ave. 15221
PIRC meetings are for anyone returning from incarceration and their supporters to meet weekly in a safe judgement free forum to share resources, network, and address social, spiritual, emotional and physical needs.
