We would love to meet you!
When do you meet for Sunday Service?
Our normal Sunday Worship Service meets at 11:00 am.
Summer hours, in which our service begins at 10am in the air conditioned lounge, begin the Sunday after Memorial Day and last until the Sunday after Labor Day.
How long is the Service?
The Worship Service usually lasts an hour and 15 minutes.
What can I expect?
Our Worship Service begins right at 11am, but people generally don’t arrive much earlier than 5 or 10 minutes before service.
We follow the lectionary and have a mostly traditional, but laid-back worship service. We want everyone to be comfortable to be themselves.
We sing mostly traditional hymns, with occasional contemporary worship music. We have many talented musicians in our congregation so we are often gifted with their special music.
Children are welcome and encouraged to be present in worship. We have a special space in worship for those who like to move their bodies and we hold a children’s message in that space.
Congregants are welcome to speak up in service, particularly when asked to engage with the sermon or during the time of sharing joys and concerns.
Communion is celebrated every week that our regular pastor is leading worship and all are invited to participate. As we say, the only requirement is a heart hungry for the grace and love of Christ.
Do you have nursery care or Sunday School for children?
Nursery care is available for children up through 1st grade throughout the year.
